    Hate Crimes are Real

We are not the same, and we don’t have to believe in the same system but being aware of our differences can mark a starting point for a better tomorrow.

A crime motivated by the victim’s perceived or actual race, color, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability is a hate crime. Hate crimes occur every day, and not all of them make it to the news. If it is not a crime but a malicious act driven by bias, it is still a hate incident. Since we are born, we are conditioned by our parents, friends, society, social media, etc. to fear people that look, act, or talk differently. We try to fit following others, even if it’s not right.  It is easier to hide a hateful speech behind a “joke”. Stereotypes implanted in our heads over the years are another reason behind the lack of awareness of hate incidents or crimes. They become invisible when we normalize them. A white woman holding her purse because a black man approaches, or an Asian being extra complimented for speaking good English can be microaggressions.

Are these issues so common and part of our everyday life that happen without being perceived the way it is?

We are unique, and we are sharing this planet. The only planet we have available. <3

        Life is Hard

Everybody needs money, but there are not too many options for a superhero with zero job experience.

Asking for contributions in the street can be dangerous, and even though superheroes like danger, child services can be called, and the parents of such superhero will be in big trouble. On the other side, superheroes are outsiders, and the streets are thrilling, so remarkable memories can be written while wandering around.

Online jobs are for people that know about computer stuff, but superheroes are usually trained for different and heroic tasks like jumping on the couch. In addition, sitting in front of a computer for hours is not an honored chore for the exciting world of a fighter. Finally, selling things could work under some guidelines. Do not only sell things but also sell a whole dramatic story with it, so attracting people’s interest will get easier. Sell swag, coolness, and weirdness, so you can be in every market, and who knows what incredible adventures this can lead to.

It is easy to get frustrated, but a real superhero will get back up no matter how many times they fall.
